Meet Our Builder
Mick El Abboud
Construction Director
Mick leads Syntra Group's construction operations, project delivery and technical oversight. As the company's licensed builder, he is responsible for construction planning, compliance, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination.
Mick built his experience from the ground up, working across roles including Site Supervisor, Contract Administrator and Maintenance Officer. This gave him practical exposure to both on-site construction and the commercial and administrative side of project delivery before progressing into his own building works.
With a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of the entire construction process, Mick ensures every project is properly planned, buildable and professionally managed from commencement through to completion. His focus is on maintaining high standards of workmanship, controlling costs and timelines, and delivering the right outcome for every client.
